Cooking
I put 1/4 part from this norm. Afraid to cook a lot at once :-)
Finely chop the dates. Mix them with the cinnamon and zest to taste. I have orange is not found, so I put the zest of the lemon.
Semolina pour into a bowl.
Pour the semolina into the hot oil. Mix well.
Add warm water, mix thoroughly. The dough should be soft. Roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm.
From top to put the stuffing. I have it turned sticky, so I also roll with a rolling pin and laid on top of the dough.
Spread on a napkin to drain the oil.
Pour warm honey and serve. My honey was not there, replaced it with the syrup from the jam.
