Cooking
In a bowl mix warm milk and water, salt and sugar.
Then add the sifted flour mixed with yeast, butter room temperature or melted.
Carefully knead the dough which should be soft, not stick to hands. Cover the dough with foil and give it to increase in size.
While the dough rises, prepare the filling. Onions clean, wash, cut into cubes.
In a pan pour vegetable oil, add chopped onion. Over medium heat bring the onion until soft.
Salt onion to taste, add tomato paste.
Mix ingredients, stir fry for another few minutes, remove from heat.

For making pies, I use a pack of hot dogs, which their 9 pieces. Because, again, the pies are large, You can use more sausage. Then the dough must be divided into their number. Divide the dough into 9 equal parts.
Formed from pieces of dough balls, cover them with foil, leave them alone for 10-15 minutes.
Using a rolling pin, roll a piece of dough into a rectangle.
