Cooking
As I was preparing: to Prepare the salmon, cut the fillet from the ridge.
Put fish in deep bowl, pour vodka, sprinkle with salt and sugar.
Grate the ginger (don't like fresh horse-radish) and beets, spread on the fish.
Dill finely chop, sprinkle fish. Cover with cling film, refrigerate for a day. After a day, remove the marinade, dry the fish with paper towel, drizzle with olive oil. Kept this fish long enough. Serve with lemon, capers, Parmesan and finely chopped leeks.
