Cooking
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Drain the water. Potatoes allow to cool and mince. You can just mash them with a fork.
Sausage pre-boil and cool.
To the potatoes add 1 egg, add the flour and semolina, salt and mix well. Knead the dough.
Roll the dough, cut into rectangles the size of sausages. Spread on the dough sausage, the edges connect and like to clip. If you want to freeze the sausage, then at this stage we stop. The dough should not be rolled too thin, so it does not burst when baking.
The resulting "sausages" to put on a buttered baking sheet. Melt the butter, add 1 egg, mix well. Lubricate them "sausages", sprinkle them with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Cheese grate and sprinkle them over the rolls for 5-7 minutes until tender.
