Chicken rolls with Asian style
In summer, these chicken rolls on the picnic flew at the speed of light, I got only a pile of toothpicks and a bunch of compliments.

Ingredients

  • Sesame oil

    2 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 tsp

  • Greens

  • Lettuce

    10 piece

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    800 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

The dill and finely chop the parsley, squeeze the garlic cloves, mix in a deep bowl. I even put a little pepper. To the greens add the soy sauce, sugar, salt, chili sauce or red pepper, sesame oil.

Chicken fillet cut into strips with a width of 5-6 cm, to recapture, a little salt. Spread the mixture of greens in the center of each strip, twist roll and seal the edges with a toothpick.

Fry the rolls on all sides in vegetable oil, about 5 minutes, cool, remove toothpicks.

Slice of pita and lettuce strips with roll. On pita bread put a leaf of lettuce on the edge of chicken and roll the roller. Edges to seal with a toothpick. You can wrap the chicken in the pita and leaves the envelope and lightly fry. And instead of toothpicks to tie the rolls with a feather green onions (just now thought of!).
