Baked buckwheat with chicken
This recipe I think will appeal to all. Side dish and main dish in one. A minimum of hassle and in the end a rich dinner.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    0.5 piece

  • Spices

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

  • Buckwheat

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Water

    400 ml

Cooking

Chicken cut into little pieces. Add spices, sour cream and garlic grated on a fine grater, mix and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Onions and carrots cut into medium cubes and fry until Golden brown.

Form for baking grease 1 tbsp oil, add buckwheat and salt.

Then evenly distribute the roasted onions and carrots, bell pepper and garlic, diced.

Then lay out the chicken pieces, cover with water and put in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 1 hour. The finished dish sprinkle with herbs and serve immediately. Bon appetit!
