Soup with barley, beans and corn
For cold season I have a few recipes of thick, hearty, nourishing and delicious soups! Here is one of them! Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    100 g

  • Chicken's leg

    3 piece

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Corn

    100 g

  • Leeks

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Zira

    1 pinch

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    2 piece

Cooking

Chicken drumsticks pour 4 liters of cold water, bring to boil, remove the foam.

Pearl barley TM "Mistral" to soak for a few hours, rinse well, add to the chicken, cook for 30 minutes.

2 onions chopped, chili cut into half rings, add the cumin. Prepared foods fried in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.

From the beans to drain off the liquid, together with corn and tomato paste add to soup, cook for 5 minutes.

In the soup add the fried vegetables, seasonings, cook for another 5 minutes.
