Cooking
These are the basic ingredients. Meatballs I made from mixed minced pork-beef the sauce-marinade "Teriyaki" from TM "Kikkoman", onion and mix peppers.
For cheese meatballs, 2 kinds of cheese to RUB on a small grater and mix with cream cheese, egg, and semolina. Leave to swell monkey for 30 minutes.
Here is the dough for cheesy meatballs after swelling monkey. It should not be steep, otherwise the meatballs get hard.
I was making soup in the slow cooker. In the boiling broth add dry spices, meatballs, potatoes, and using a coffee spoon cheese meatballs. After 20 minutes, add to soup, cauliflower, tomato and bell pepper. 5 minutes until cooked and season soup with pepper and Bay leaf.
Before serving in each bowl add 1 tsp of soy sauce from TM "Kikkoman" and sprinkle with chopped greens.
It was a very interesting soup! Cheese meatballs are tender and soft, and the soy sauce taste soup became brighter and more colorful.
