Cooking
My vegetables and cut - onions and carrots diced, celery in small pieces, garlic, finely cut with a knife.
My potatoes are cleaned, cut into cubes.
Large tomatoes cut crosswise with a knife, pour over boiling water. Remove the cloth. Tomatoes also cut into cubes.
My cod fillets, dry with towel, cut into medium-sized pieces.
For soup I use a pan Zepter on 3 liters. Spread carrots, then onion and garlic.
The following layers of the celery and potatoes.
Then spread the cubes of tomato and a fillet of cod.
Close the pan with a lid and put in cold oven, turn on the small fire (my stove on the switch 4 division, so I turn on the unit). Give the direction of the controller to reach the middle of the green field, then switch off the stove. Leave the pan on the stove about 18 minutes.
Vegetables and fish will have time for this time to prepare.
Add to the pot the Bay leaf, salt and ground black pepper to taste, chopped dill, olive oil.
