Minestrone with beans, bacon, pasta and vegetables
Recipes minestrone very much. As they say in Italy: "each hostess your recipe." So, I offer you my winter version of this wonderful soup. If you exclude the bacon, you can enjoy this soup in the post.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    0.5 cup

  • Brisket

    60 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Tomato paste

    1 tsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Pasta

    50 g

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Dill

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Pre-soaked the beans overnight boil in a ratio of 1:5 for 1.5 hours. Drain in a colander, broth save.

Carrots, celery and onions cut into cubes. Garlic finely chop.

Bacon cut into cubes and fry in butter for 3 minutes. Add the onion, garlic, and Basil. On medium heat sauté 5 minutes.

Add celery and carrots, cover and sauté for another 5 minutes.

Add chopped peppers and peeled and sliced tomatoes. Sauté 4 minutes.

Cauliflower disassemble on inflorescences, and zucchini cut into cubes. Put in a saucepan, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add pasta and broth from beans which we have kept. Bring to boil and with the lid closed, cook for 5 minutes.

Add the beans and finely chopped dill. Bring to boil and let stand 10 minutes.
