  • Flour

  • Butter

  • Honey

    70 g

  • Brown sugar

    60 g

  • Sugar

    25 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.75 Tbsp

  • Ginger

  • Carnation

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    5 g

  • Water

    90 ml

In a saucepan, heat water, honey, sugar, spices and stirring constantly bring to a boil.

Remove from the heat. Add pieces of butter and stir until it dissolves.

In a deep bowl add the flour and baking powder. Gradually pouring a thin stream of honey-butter mass - knead the dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave in the fridge overnight.
