Cheese-nut balls with red caviar

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Cheese curd

    80 g

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    70 g

  • Paprika sweet

    2 tsp

  • Caviar

    80 g

  • Cognac

    2 tsp

  • Walnuts

    2 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cottage cheese mixed with grated hard cheese (part subject to clearance),

Softened butter, pepper, boiled egg yolks, cognac, nuts (for decoration reserve 1 tbsp).

Mix thoroughly, formed from this mass of balls. In the center of the balls make indentations and fill them with red caviar.

Ready balls crumble in the cheese, walnuts and almond nuts.
