Khashlama is a Caucasian dish made from meat and vegetables. Insanely delicious dish. In a world of many options for making khashlama, I decided to add a recipe of this amazing dish. In our family it is a favorite entree!

Ingredients

  • Meat

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    50 g

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Cilantro

    2 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Cut the meat into pieces, about 5x5 cm, wash it, take the pot 3-liter, pour water (almost full, somewhere 1.5 cm top to bottom reserve), put the meat and boil after the meat is boiling, boil 3-5min, then drain the water and pour clean, boil again, boil for 80 min.

Cut the carrots and throw in the pot with the meat.

Pour into the pan vegetable oil, cut onion and put in hot oil, simmer 5 min.

Then my tomatoes and cut into cubes. Put in a pan, add 1 tbsp of tomato paste or Flour 2-3 tbsp, simmer all 10-15 minutes.

Cut the cilantro and add to the pan, cook for another 5 min and switch off.
