Soup of lentils with tofu and mushrooms
A perfect dish for fasting – in the lentils a lot of vitamins and iron.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 tsp

  • Sesame

    2 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Celery root

    100 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Tofu

    60 g

  • Lentils

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Lentils, well rinsed

Pour in a saucepan, pour 1 liter of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 15-20 min.

Peel the vegetables and cut into small cubes.

Onions also finely chop.

In a pan pour olive oil, heat and fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.

Put in soup and cook everything together for another 10-15 minutes. 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking the soup add salt and pepper to taste.

While cooking the soup, the tofu cut into small cubes.

In a bowl mix wheat flour and sesame seeds.

Tofu cubes roll in flour mixture and sesame seeds.

Olive oil to heat in a frying pan. Fry the pieces of tofu on all sides.

Mushrooms sauté in olive oil for 5 minutes.

Soup to blend. The soup spill on plates. On top lay the fried pieces tofu and mushrooms. Garnish with greens.
