Grandma's adzhika
This is the third year I prepare this amazing caviar. Yes, it's certainly not adjika in the literal sense, but under this name I got this recipe. Found out from the daughter of a friend living in Germany and came to mom's to visit. Just at the end of August when the harvest. Well prepared. We all tried it and were stunned. One smell is worth. Cooking
