Salad vegetables and meat
In the summer I do not really want to eat... fever. I bring to your attention a salad, which can replace Lunch! The salad is hearty, tasty and very simple to implement! Come, treat!

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    150 g

  • Cabbage

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Chili

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Minced meat fry in sunflower oil. Thoroughly mash with a fork the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Fry until cooked!

Carrots grate on a grater (for Korean carrot) or thinly slice. Spread the cabbage

Apple wash and peel off the skin. Cut into thin slices with a Spread for vegetables.

Add the sauteed vegetables to the stuffing. Mix well.
