Creamy pecan pie

Ingredients

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Nuts

    200 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 tsp

  • Butter

    30 g

Cooking

Walnuts grind using a blender or grind in a meat grinder.

Prepare the filling: in a bowl, add chopped nuts, sugar, cinnamon and butter. Mix well the filling in a babe and clean while the filling aside.

The flour together with the baking powder sift.

Prepare the dough: butter room temperature, sugar and vanilla whisk (whisk a few minutes).

Add alternately one by one all the eggs, each time well whisking.

In sour cream add soda and stir. Let stand for 3-5 min. (sour Cream will increase in volume).

In the egg-oil mixture is added in three steps alternately sour cream and flour with baking powder. Mix well the dough.

Split form (Ø18 cm) well-oiled (and bottom, and sides) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread half of the dough.

On top lay all the stuffing.

For the filling put the second half of the dough.

Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 50 minutes. Be guided by your oven!

Take out the cake from the form, give it to cool completely and (optionally) sprinkle with powdered sugar.
