Cooking
Chicken chop into 4-5 pieces, pour cold water, add salt, bring to a boil, cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the oven, leave the pan for 15-20 minutes on the stove. Remove chicken from pan.
In the same broth throws the fish slices, bring to a boil, turn off, leave for 15 minutes. I fish turned rolls (or better), secured by a string. After boiling the bone removed, the rolls keep their shape well.
Take out the fish from the pan, lay the potatoes, sliced slices onions, cubes of carrot and again the chicken, cook until the vegetables are tender. Just before serving, throw in a Bay leaf, pepper, fish, favorite seasonings, 1 tsp sugar.
The stove off, leave the soup on the stove for 10-15 minutes, then you can pour. A bit troublesome to lay, take out... but very tasty! In the bowl put the chicken pieces and fish.
