Lisichkin Soup
Found at the farmer's market chanterelles, I have started lisichkina days :)

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

Cooking

Chanterelles divide in half. Raw (or frozen) throw in pan, sprinkle with salt and put on fire.

Finely chop the onion and carrot, fry them in vegetable oil.

The remaining chanterelles cut is not very finely.

Add the mushrooms to sugarce, fry until it will turn brown.

Remove the cooked mushrooms from the pan, cut. Potato peel, cut and cooked together with the mushrooms and throw in pot.

When the potatoes are almost ready, add zazharku in the pan.

After 5 minutes, when the soup is ready, cut greens and throw into the pot.

Leave the pan, cover with a lid.

Served with sour cream.
