Soup with tofu and beans
Delicious, slightly tangy soup with tofu and beans, Oriental style.

Ingredients

  • Tofu

    450 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Beans

    2 can

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Water

    3 cup

Pepper and onion cut into small cubes, chop the garlic and lightly sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil in bulk the soup pot.

When the vegetables are softer, add the diced tofu. Continuing to saute, add red pepper flakes, cumin and salt.

When the vegetables are almost ready, in a saucepan add the beans.

And pour all three cups of water. Bring to a boil, and then boil for 5 minutes.

Serve hot. When serving, sprinkle with chopped greens. Bon appetit!
