King prawns with dill mayonnaise
A very tasty snack. Perfect for a holiday table, and just pamper yourself. Special piquancy gives this snack sauce.

Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise

    150 ml

  • Gherkins

    2 piece

  • Capers

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    0.5 tsp

  • Shrimp

    20 piece

  • Dill

    2 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    5.5 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    130 ml

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Shrimp defrosted. For the marinade, mix the oil, 4 tablespoons lemon juice, dried garlic, mustard, honey and half the coriander and fennel.

Pour over shrimp and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

For the sauce, mix the remaining dill and cilantro, mayonnaise, remaining lemon juice, chopped cornichon, capers and garlic. Cover and put in the fridge.

I took mayonnaise "Maheev" on the quail egg because it is very high quality and does not contain starch.

Heat pan and lightly oil. Cook shrimp 4 minutes, turning over when the party will be pink.

Serve with dill mayonnaise.
