Frozen dumplings. Russian classics
The most favorite food for most of Russian (and not only) people - dumplings. I was making sooo many dumplings - for themselves, for parents, for grandparents. Distributed to all. I present to you the classics of frozen dumplings home.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Minced meat

    0.5 kg

Cooking

Take minced (I only do home - beef and pork with onions and peppers). Flour sifted.

From flour, water (can be diluted with milk), salt, and eggs knead the dough and allow it to brew for forty minutes.

Roll out dough thinly and cut out circles of the desired size (I make it a glass).

Put the stuffing in the center of each circle and put the dumpling in the traditional way.

Freeze the dumplings in the freezer. For this vitilem bottom drawer freezer bag or baking paper and sprinkle with flour.

Frozen dumplings put in a package for long term storage. At the right moment take out, cook in boiling salted water with the Bay leaf and pepper-peas and 8 (as will emerge). Pleasant and quick cooking to you!
