Pickled cucumbers
I offer you my second experimental recipe. What I was interested in this recipe? Yes, probably, unusually big like cucumbers sugar content. Did the recipe for 1 kg of cucumbers.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 kg

  • Mustard

    10 g

  • Water

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Salt

    25 g

  • Vinegar

    60 ml

  • Dill

Now put in a jar of pickles.

Then I used 2 times a filling and both times from the marinade. Prepare the marinade: bring the water to a boil (to pre-measure the amount of water needed) + sugar, salt (no vinegar) and pour our cucumbers and leave them for 5-10 minutes.

After the marinade is drained back into the pan with vinegar and bring to boil again. But I poured vinegar directly into the jar, because I did not bring the vinegar to a boil (I wrote about this in the first recipe). Again fill our cucumbers and roll covers. Turn upside down and allow to cool.
