Fish baked in cabbage
The recipe is very simple, but my husband literally thrilled by this fish, so cook quite often.

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    400 g

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Celery root

  • Tomato paste

    20 g

  • Vegetable oil

    30 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

The fish is cleaned, washed, cut into portions. Season with salt and pepper and season to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.

To chop the cabbage.

Finely chop the onion. Carrots and celery to grate on a coarse grater.

In a saucepan heat the oil, add chopped onion, fry until Golden brown.

Add the carrots

And celery and fry for a few minutes.

Add the cabbage and simmer until tender cabbage. Salt and pepper to taste.

Then add the tomato paste and stir.

In a baking dish put a piece of cabbage, from above to lay the pieces of fish,

Cover with remaining Kale, drizzle with melted butter

And bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes.
