Lobiani
Lobiani - Georgian dish. My recipe is not a classic. Delicious yeast dough with a sharp unusual fillings!!!

Ingredients

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Beans

    500 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

The cream dissolve in milk, add hot water.

Add sugar, salt, yeast.
