Cooking
Three grated carrots, throw into cold water, set on fire. Potseluem. Add to the carrots in a saucepan half mushrooms out of the bag.
Onions finely cut and fry in oil until Golden brown. Throw the onions to the remaining mushrooms, fry. Viscous SAP, which is extracted mushrooms when frying, good caramelized bow.
2 potatoes cut into cubes
One half. Throw the halves into the pan.
Cook the soup until half of the halves of potatoes, then throw zazharku...
... and the rest of the potatoes.
Cook until cooked. 5 minutes before removing from heat remove potato halves and mash with a fork.

There also add the noodles.
Serve with sour cream, grated cheese and herbs.
