Quick pickle with rice
Quick version of a delicious and refreshing soup.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Figure

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Potatoes

    250 g

Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire. Onion cut into cubes, carrots to grate.
