Spicy eggplant
Dish of Turkish cuisine. You can also try this spicy, fragrant and delicious eggplant!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    0.5 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

Eggplant cut lengthwise into four pieces, add salt and give a little stand.

Fry in olive oil until Golden brown.

Bell pepper, hot pepper, onion, herbs and garlic skip through Mincer, add Salt, add sugar and lemon juice to taste, season with olive oil, mix well.

Roll roasted eggplant in a spicy mixture. Place them on a dish, alternating with tomato slices.

Before serving, let stand for about 30 minutes and decorate with parsley.
