Slices of pepper in the marinade
In the middle of the season I want to upload my own version of the blank peppers for the winter. On the website there are similar, but this ratio of products is not met. Try it, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Pepper

    6 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    500 g

  • Vinegar

    250 g

  • Water

    500 g

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Salt

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Allspice

  • Parsley

Cooking

Pepper wash, peel, cut slices into 4-6 pieces (depending on size)
