For marinades, meat, spaghetti (meat sauce with tomatoes... mmm... ), soup, any flavor.

Garlic

Peppers red hot chilli
1 piece
Cooking
Red pepper chopped
Garlic finely chopped
Greens chopped
Tomatoes scald with boiling water
Peel
Mince and drain
The juice does not pour!!! (used later in the sauce, in marinades, in Lecho)
All combine, season with salt, sugar.
Boil 10 minutes, pour into banks.
