Crispy squash salad
All lovers of squash who are not overcooked and have a sharp taste.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

    1 kg

  • Carrots

  • Garlic

  • Sugar

    0.25 cup

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.25 cup

  • Water

    270 ml

Ingredients. I took white wine vinegar.

Zucchini cut into small dice. In another bowl mix all of the marinade, bring to a boil and boil 5 min. Then add zucchini, bring to a boil and cook for 8 min.

While the zucchini cooked, we on a fine grater grate the garlic and a large carrot. After 8 minutes add them to the zucchini and cook for another 5 min.

Remove, spread in sterilized jars. Close sterilized lids and wrap until cool. Then remove to a cool place.
