Warm salad with chicken liver and pepper
Delicious, very flavorful salad.

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Chicken liver

    300 g

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    2 g

  • The mixture of peppers

    3 g

  • Parsley

    0.25 coup

Cooking

Cut onion into feathers and blanchere with vinegar.

Liver simmer until done, sprinkle with salt and cut into slices.

Pepper bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes, then remove the skin.
