For lovers of spicy salads and Chinese dishes. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Xylia under the name "Chinese salad" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Pork

  • Onion

  • Carrots

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Pepper green

    10 g

  • Greens

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Pork cut into thin strips (it is better if the meat is moderately fatty and frozen).

Fry the meat in hot vegetable oil, about 10 minutes. Put roasted meat in a salad bowl.

Onion cut into half rings. As I small onion, sliced rings.

Saute onion in the same oil where the meat was browned.

Thin strips grate peeled beets.

Also grate the carrots.

Finely chop the hot pepper. This time of year we only have green hot pepper. In the summer it is better to use red.

Add dressing made of salt, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and remaining oil from frying. Mix everything.
