Salad
Easy salad, ready in minutes, tasty and healthy. The lemon and spices give light acidity (it is very useful) and interesting flavor. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Vic called "salmon Salad" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Lettuce

    200 g

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.333 piece

  • Walnut oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Finely grate lemon zest, squeeze out the juice. Mix olive oil, juice and lemon zest, herbes de Provence, black pepper (preferably freshly ground), a pinch of salt.

Finely chop the salmon, mix with half of the filling and leave for a few minutes. In the second part of the filling add peanut butter.

Cut green onions and lettuce. Half of the onion mix with lettuce.

Mixed greens and salmon, pour the remnants of the filling, stir again.

Spread the salad on plates and sprinkle with green onions. Bon appetit!
