Smoothies of kiwi
Love smoothies, for me, this dish is perfect, it does not create heaviness in the stomach and provides the body daily allowance of vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

  • Kiwi

    2 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Apple juice

    50 ml

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Oat flakes

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

I use oat bran cereal from TM Mistral.

Kiwi and banana peel, coarsely chop.

Put in blender, add yogurt, juice, honey and oat bran cereal. Whisk until smooth.

Pour into glasses.
