Smoothie
This thick smoothie is a real vitamin bomb - juicy carrots, orange juice, cottage cheese, oat bran from TM Mistral, instead of sugar-raisins and honey. I invite you to vitamin Breakfast fall colors!

Ingredients

  • Bran

    20 g

  • Pineapple

    100 g

  • Peach

    1 piece

  • Orange juice

    500 ml

  • Carrots

    120 g

  • Raisins

    1 handful

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

For smoothie: raisins, wash and pour hot water for a few minutes while preparing the remaining ingredients. Peaches, carrots, and pineapple cut into arbitrary pieces.

Raisins recline on a sieve. In the bowl of a blender put all the ingredients, putting aside a few raisins for decoration of the drink. Pour orange juice.

Whisk for 30 seconds or until smooth.
