Swabian soup with pork and pearl barley
A reference on the recipe for this absolutely amazing soup gave me Sanochkin, for that she low bow and a sea of gratitude. Incredibly delicious, rich, bright soup, and cooked very simply and quickly, especially if you have a little bit of boiled barley. Try it, you will not regret a single minute.   • Pork

  • Pearl barley

    0.66 cup

  • Mushrooms

  • Potatoes

  • Pasta

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Bay leaf

To prepare products to have everything at hand. Wash vegetables and clean. Wash meat and dry with a paper towel.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom heat a little oil. Lay the sliced pieces of pork and skumanich from all sides.

In a pan lay potatoes. After boiling, cook on low heat for 8 minutes. Pour the barley and makaroshki, add zazharku and 2-3 Bay leaves. Add salt, bring to boil and then cook everything together on low heat for another 5 minutes.

The desire in the finished soup, you can add garlic, cover and let the soup to infuse for 10 minutes. Then remove Bay leaf.
