Tartlets bread
If you do not want to deal with dough, tartlets can be made of ordinary black bread. Mousse herring and cream cheese with herbs is perfect for a traditional Russian alcoholic drink. For the competition "Queen of the cocktail"

Ingredients

  • Bread

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Herring

    1 can

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Greens

    3 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

Cooking

Bread grind in a blender. Beat egg.

Add butter, egg, mix well.

Molds lightly greased with oil. Distribute the bread mixture over the molds.

At the bottom of tartlets put a piece of paper with peas or beans. Bake at temp-re 200 grams - 15-20 minutes (until the liquid will not cease to hiss).

Remove tarts to cool.

Potatoes cut into circles and fry in oil until Golden brown. Put on the bottom of the tartlets.

Mix mousse salmon, dill and cream cheese.

Spread the mousse on potato. Garnish with onion rings and parsley. The taste is largely dependent on herring. I took in red wine - turned out sweet.
