Very simple puff pastry
Usually to cook the puff pastry is always very long and dreary. This puff pastry is always my mom cooked. Very easy and simple. I advise everyone!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Prepare the dough of the listed ingredients. Knead until smooth and leave for 10-15 min under a cloth. Again, crumple the dough and begin to roll as thin as possible sprinkling flour. Roll it gently, not "breaking" the dough.

Melt the oil. I usually melt in mikrovolnovke 15 seconds. And pour oil on the rolled out dough.

Then all the oil is evenly distributed on the test. That's the way.

Now roll the dough into a loaf.

Here's what you should have. Wrap in plastic wrap and in the fridge for a day. A day later crumple the dough again and you can prepare the samosa, puff, sloika with any filling. Bon appetit!
