Cooking
Melt in a frying pan lard. Cubes chop the onion and put it there, simmer until transparent.
Wash meat, cut into small pieces and add to onions.
Sprinkle with paprika and fry it all, stirring.
Wash, peel and cut carrot cubes, spread to meat, simmer 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Tomatoes, pour over boiling water, peel, cut into cubes, pour in the meat. Chop bell pepper, add it there too.
Salt, pepper and simmer 10 minutes, stirring.
Cooked meat with the filling to shift in a deep saucepan, pour 1.5 liters of boiling water. Salt, pepper, simmer 30 min.
Prepare the gnocchi: Pour into a bowl the flour, salt and add the egg. Knead a tight dough.
Roll the dough out and break into pieces (approximately 1.5-2 cm). Ready dumplings sprinkled with flour.
Slice the peeled potatoes, add to the soup. Pour 1 liter of water ( if you do not like too thick, add a little more). Pour into a dumpling soup and continue to simmer until they are tender (40 min).
Chop the greens, garlic, add to the soup, sprinkle with cumin. Add 3 tbsp red wine (optional). Cook 15 minutes and remove from heat.
