Potato salad with vegetables and ham
Offered to Taste a delicious salad in a Mediterranean style - roasted Golden potatoes, meaty slices of ripe tomatoes, marinated onions crispy, salty smoked ham and mustard dressing. That's how it is in the style of a Mediterranean take me personally some doubts, but in a Moscow restaurant it is positioned so. To argue I did not, because it was incredibly delicious. Just corrected, polished to your liking and came out perfectly! Recommend as a complete delicious dinner. And for the arrival of unexpected guests, the salad is good.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    6 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Olives

    15 piece

  • Ham

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

Bow clean, cut rings or half rings. Marinated in a mixture of water, Apple cider vinegar and sugar.

Marinate at least 1 hour.

Potatoes, pre cooked, peeled cut into slices

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and quickly fry the potato slices until Golden brown.

For the filling mix the grainy mustard with lemon juice or white wine vinegar, thin stream pour in the olive oil, whisking until more or less homogeneous emulsion.

On dish put browned potato slices

Top arbitrarily (but not finely) chopped tomatoes, spread dried, pickled onions, olives. Add salt and season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Finish the song arbitrarily chopped raw ham.
