Baked wafer rolls with stuffing
Waffle rolls stuffed with minced chicken. Very tasty and easy dish. Someone to taste (vaguely, of course) will resemble a lasagna, some stuffed cannelloni.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    1 kg

  • Waffles

    100 g

  • Onion

    70 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Tomato paste

    5 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sweet white wine

    100 ml

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

The stuffing can be ready to buy and you can cook for yourself. It's like someone wants. I do myself. Who knows what they put in there ;-) ?

In forcemeat add finely chopped onion and melted cheese, oregano, salt and pepper. Then add the milk and knead thoroughly.

Distributed in the wafer leaves the meat with a thin layer.

Leave the leaves to soak for a few minutes to be able to turn rolls.

While the leaves are soaking, make sauce. Carefully blend the flour with cold water and wine, to avoid lumps.

In sour cream add the tomato paste, oregano, salt and black pepper.

Add diluted flour, chopped garlic. Stir. The sauce is ready.

Wafer sheets were soaked. Cut them in half and turn rolls.

Put rolls in a baking dish.

Cover with the sauce.

And sprinkle with grated hard cheese. Put into preheated 200 degrees oven for 25-30 minutes. While the rolls baked, the flavor is in the kitchen...

Well, that's all. Can be divided into separate portioned rolls, and you can just slice as You like.
