Soup zucchini
Mouth-watering vegetable soup, bright, Sunny, healthy and tasty!!!

Ingredients

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Dill

  • Spices

Put it on the stove a pot of water, into which put the peeled and washed carrots, onion, and a sprig of dill.

Garlic I prefer to cut thin slices, but you can grind

When the broth starts boiling, add salt to taste and reduce heat to the lowest setting.

Heat oil in a pan and start to fry our vegetables: onions, carrots, zucchini (in that order). Salt, add black pepper (in my opinion in this soup should not peremudril with spices, the most persistent natural flavor)! Onions and carrots, we fry to a light brown colour, and the pub we like and not even fried, but only priceszebeta!

Take out of the broth boiled carrots, onions and dill and lay the contents of the pan. Leave the soup to cook about 5-7 minutes. Then in a bowl break 2 eggs and stir them. Pour the egg resultando quietly in the boiling soup, stirring constantly with a spoon. Work these egg "lace". Turn off the soup, add the greens and leave it to infuse for a bit (10-15 min.)
