Vine leaves for winter
This recipe is an experiment. The first time you use it, so I can't say my opinion of him. BUT this option blanks leaves me interested. If anyone wants to try, be my guest. Recipe borrowed from the SAY7 website

Ingredients

  • Leaf vine

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

Thoroughly wash the leaves under running water

Put in a large bowl and we scald with boiling water, the water immediately drained

The leaves will change color, will become much darker. Now slightly cooled leaves put a pile of about 10 things. And begin to collapse the envelopes (or as you like)

Each envelope put in a jar. In a quart jar comes with 6 envelopes 10 PCs. each. A total of 60 sheets.
