Spicy cabbage with vegetables
One of my favorite ways to marinate a quick cabbage. "Night salad" marinated over night. Crunchy cabbage in the company of spicy and pungent vegetables is always to place on the table. The soy sauce gives the salad a rich balanced taste.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    1 kg

  • Carrots

    3 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    3 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    8 piece

  • Celery leaf

    4 sprig

  • Coriander

    2 tsp

  • Star anise

    3 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 l

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

Cooking

Washed and peeled vegetables cut into thin slices. Greens celery to chop, garlic cut into slices, chilli rings. Spread in a large non-oxidizing bowl.

Cabbage cut into squares and add to vegetables. Crush the peppercorns, coriander seeds and star anise into fine crumbs. Sprinkle the vegetables and stir.

Bring to boil 2 liters of water, add the measured salt and sugar, to give writing a rolling boil for a minute. Pour soy sauce and oil. Remove from heat and add acetic acid.

Mix, and pour the cabbage with vegetables.

Add the paprika, stir gently and drown all the vegetables. Cover with a plate, just to magnetite and leave for 8-10 hours - comfortable for the night until the morning, covering loosely with a lid.

Cabbage is delicious served chilled and it is necessary to store in the fridge in a tightly sealed container. But I assure you – it won't be late!
