Chicken fingers
Lovers of good and healthy nutrition can begin to throw Slippers at me - this dish is unhealthy, high in calories , etc., BUT!... my sons are fans of the food at McDonald's - the dish had in mind. And I am 100% sure it's tastier and healthier home-cooking.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    1.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Fillet wash and cut into long stripes.

Mix them with pepper, salt, sugar, mustard, paprika. Can add garlic powder. To soak 30 minutes.

Every one of the dip fillets in flour.

..Then in the beaten egg..

....and then in breadcrumbs ( I added a little olive dried.herbs - for flavor)

Fry our "fingers" in the well-heated oil (it is desirable that it fully coated)

Spread on paper towels to remove excess fat

Next, mix all the ingredients for our sauce - sour cream, honey, chopped dill, lemon.juice, salt, pepper, and 1 tsp mustard.
