Chicken drumstick in spicy caramel
On new year's table want something bright but at the same time and not too zaporozkogo to time enough for everything. Such are the chicken drumsticks are cooked very simply, look quite festive, and in addition, delicious hot and cold.

In a small saucepan, melt the sugar with salt. As soon as the sugar begins to melt and become Golden, pour hot water and soy sauce – I took a classic Kikkoman. Do not let the sugar get dark, or the caramel will taste bitter. While stirring boil the caramel sauce to dissolve any lumps of caramel.

Add dry spices to taste – I took out ginger, garlic and hot pepper.

Pour the drumsticks with the sauce and put in a preheated 200 degree oven. Fry drumstick until Golden brown, frequently basting with sauce from the bottom of the form.

You can apply the Shin just as you can with the garnish. Garnish can be any, but I prefer to cook vegetables, because new year's table and so is quite hearty. Vegetables should be cleaned and cut into large but thin slices. I took the carrots, leeks and onions, celery, bell peppers and broccoli.
