Cooking
Here's what we need for cooking.
Dice the tomato, finely chop the greens.
Add to the cheese-egg mixture, tomato, greens, and grated on a coarse grater cheese. Mix well. Add salt and seasoning to taste. Mix well. I'm not salted, because the cheese had enough salt. Added a bit of Mediterranean herbs.
