The names yet, just yesterday came up with a salad. Us, northerners, winter rarely indulge exotic salads. No, absolutely no greenery, we don't sit, of course. In the neighboring city has a greenhouse, grow in pots the usual salad. And here I see in the supermarket salad Mix produced in Italy. Wow!!! This box, and in it a mixture of arugula, latugino red and Eastern salad herbs. All cleaned, washed, dried, can be directly in the plate. Well, how to pass. Of course, I bought and flew home, on the road thinking what to do,... to fresh summer smell. What happened, I present to your judgment.

Cooking
Chop the garlic and crush with a small pinch of salt. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Fillet to cut off the fat, wash, well dry. Make cross cuts a little bit diagonally.
Pour the marinade, a little "massaging" the meat, so the marinade got into the incisions. Leave to stand for 30 minutes, during which several times to turn the meat.
The cucumber (you can take and fresh) cut into 4 pieces and then crosswise into thin slices. Eggs boil, cool, peel and cut into 4 slices. Tomatoes cut in half (4 pieces leave whole for decoration). Bell pepper cut into strips.
The meat is fried to light Golden brown from both sides, then put in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Remove and wrap in a plastic bag. Keep in a warm place.
Pepper fry in vegetable oil until soft. Also keep in a warm place.
All products for the filling to pour into a small jar, cover tightly and repeatedly shake vigorously.
Before serving, put in a large bowl salad mix, add the chopped tomatoes and cucumber. Pour with the dressing and it is very easy to mix.
To lay out a hill on a flat dish. On the edge of the four piles put warm peppers, between them lay the slices of eggs and whole tomatoes. Cut the meat into slices and lay on top. Serve immediately!!!
