Girls, try this salad - a real blast of freshness and zest! Crunchy pickled vegetables - radish margelanica, rings carrots, refreshing cucumbers, cranberries and greens with delicate shavings of cashew nuts made this salad just unique!

Ingredients

  • Radish

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cranberry

    4 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    4 piece

  • Olives

    0.5 can

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Cashews

    8 piece

  • Vinegar

    2 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Carrots and olives cut into thin rings, radish - julienne. Add cranberries, diluted in water vinegar and honey (or sugar), salt. Stir and leave to marinate, stirring occasionally.

40 minutes later, drain the marinade (slightly leave for juiciness), add cucumbers, cut into strips, chopped green onion, dill, cabbage, pour vegetable oil, mix well.

Put on a dish and serve.
